Hi, I was at your presentation on Food Design, and since the previous week, I knew it was going to be the best presentation. Today I saw you and touch your shoulder, and I said “Great Presentation”. It really touched my heart and I loved your work, it’s more like a work of art, your attitude, your sense of what you like. I have to confess that you inspired me, when I saw your conference I was working in a design company, and I wasn’t completely happy and was ignoring my other passion which is the gastronomy & and photography, So you inspired me so much that I decided to quit the company, I did a course of cooking and get started my own company called TATA – Recipes from my grandmother (https://www.facebook.com/TataRecetasDeMiAbuela) I have not yet intervened much with design but I am experiencing many things for next year introduce new products so I have a lot to thank you…
