Book Review of Food Futures, edited by Kate Sweetapple and Gemma Warriner. A book that contains many examples of Food Design, and specifically many about Critical Food Design. I’ve taken the opportunity to discuss the difference between Critical Food Design and Food Art, through the interpretation of a few examples amongst the projects presented in the book.
