Hola, estuve en tu presentacion de Food Design y desde una semana antes supe que iba a ser la mejor presentacion. Hoy Viernes te ví y toque tu hombro y te dije ” Great Presentation”. Realmente tocaste mi corazón y me encantó tu trabajo, es mas como una obra de arte, tu actitud, tu sentido de lo que te gusta. Hi, I was at your presentation of Food Design and from a week before I knew it was going to be the best presentation. Today Friday saw you and touch your shoulder and I said “Great Presentation”. It really touched my heart and I loved your work, it’s more like a work of art, your attitude, your sense of what you like. I really like the theme of bread, artisan breads, the Gothic of fermentation and good, thank you for such a brilliant vision of Food Design, I food design, do you??

I have to confess that you inspired me, when I saw your conference I was working in a design company, and I wasn’t completly happy and was ignoring my other passion which is the gastronomy & and photography, So you inspired me so much that I decided to quit the company, I did a course of cooking and get started my own company called TATA – Recipes from my grandmother (https://www.facebook.com/TataRecetasDeMiAbuela) I have not yet intervened much with design but I am experiencing many things for next year introduce new products  so I have a lot to thank you…
